INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

The International Exchange is an experience offered by Eurapco that gives you or your employees the opportunity to join one of the Eurapco Partners across Europe. This exchange is designed to help you and your company in achieving knowledge exchange and learning from cross-border business practices.

DURATION

Depending on the International Exchange you wish to pursue, the duration of the programme can vary from one week to six months. The usual length of these exchanges ranges from one to four weeks.

LOCATION

The specific location of the exchange will be determined during the application process. The location depends on the International Exchange needs, the topic you wish to pursue and acceptance by the host company. It will be at one of the Partner companies or their subsidiaries.

COSTS

The costs will be paid directly by the initiating member of the international exchange.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE
To be eligible for this exchange, you must be an individual with a good command of the local language (or English), with a role in a specific sector within the business, and open to learning new things that can be used within the home company.
MEMBERS OF EURAPCO ACTIVITIES
  • A large number of the Partner employees are involved in different Eurapco activities. With a variety of 14 expert groups, more than 50 different activities and over 100 events per annum, Eurapco literally spans all the business lines present within the insurance industry.
  • To identify the individual who can help you, consult our matrix here. The matrix is a compilation list containing the names of all Eurapco group and subgroup members.
  • This list will help you in identifying the group member from your own home company who can help you with this exchange, contact them and find out more about your options according to your expertise profile.

Project Manager at Eurapco AG

To drive the cooperation between the Partners, every Partner sends one employee to the Eurapco office in Zurich. This project or programme manager is sent for a period of two to four years.
