The Eurekans programme will provide you with a unique international experience where you will have the opportunity to collaborate, converse with and challenge other highly motivated international colleagues from the Eurapco Alliance.

22 September 2023 to November 2024
The Eurekans programme is an intense year-long experience designed for experienced managers and functional specialists. During this programme you will learn how to implement cross-boundary thinking, collaborative problem-solving and a wide-ranging understanding of your own capabilities, while making demonstrable contributions to the success of the Eurapco Alliance and your own company. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business experts and leadership professors in an interactive environment, giving you the opportunity of receiving immediate feedback when testing new potential strategies.
DURATION
The Eurekans programme is a year-long experience and is held from 22 September 2023 to November 2024. The programme is presented in six different modules; three of them are “off campus” and the other three are “on campus”.
Participants are expected to attend the entire programme.
LOCATION
On-campus modules 2, 4, 6 and 8 will take place at a Châteauform location in one of the Partner’s countries or at the offices of a Partner company.
COSTS
Fee indication: €9,250.
The costs of the programme will be charged directly to your company. This fee includes all tuition, teaching materials, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, and dinner costs.
Note: Participants’ travelling costs are not included in programme costs, as they can differ per person; prices are exclusive of VAT. Location and costs are subject to change, based on the number of participants.
PROGRAMME DETAILS
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- You will understand and know how you can contribute to the Eurapco strategic themes and benefit from the Eurapco Alliance (cross-cultural experience).
- You will broaden your (global) perspective by working alongside peers from various countries, business disciplines, and cultural backgrounds.
- You will obtain feedback on your current leadership skills and identify actions to improve and build a clear, personal vision and an action plan for achieving your personal (business) goals.
- You will discover how to inspire action, overcome resistance and lead successful change initiatives.
- You will learn how to achieve greater acceptance of your ideas and initiatives and generate insights into motivating and coaching others more effectively.
- You will understand the skills needed to lead and work within diverse teams and across functions and cultures.
- You will learn how to build winning teams, developing tools and techniques for making the most of your team, influencing widely and winning support, being impactful and personally effective.
- You will learn how to turn strategy into action, understand the big picture and your role in it.
- You will acquire the mindset needed to take the lead in future (international) business developments, understand our organisation, its strategy and financials, achieve the business goals and remain sustainable.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
The Eurekans programme has been specifically designed for managers and functional specialists who have at least five to ten years of professional work experience, have been identified as having the potential to grow into senior roles, and are considered to be outstanding prospects for leadership. Individuals who can make the change, deliver results, and show that the impossible is, in fact, possible.
Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

- If you feel you have the required profile, contact your HR department to express your interest. Each Eurapco Partner will review the applications and make a selection of candidates based on the number of vacancies they have for each programme.
