The Innovation Design Thinking programme ‘Train the Trainer module’ is a three-day experience, in which participants will be introduced to the concepts of design thinking and rapid prototyping. Integrated in this training we have 3 spots available for people who want to develop trainer skills related to Design Thinking. Prior to the training you will discuss the format, goals, working forms and set-up of the Design Thinking programme. Together with the trainer you will prepare the programme. During the training you will take part in the teaching while after the programme you will evaluate the outcomes and play a role in coaching of the participants during their additional 3 months ‘Innovation Challenge’.

DURATION

The Design Thinking Train the Trainer programme starts with a Skype call before the programme to prepare with the trainers. The programme starts on Wednesday 27 May at 09.00 to Friday 29 May at 16:00.

On Friday, after the end of the programme, you will evaluate and reflect on the programme with the trainers and plan and discuss the follow-up activities during the Innovation Challenge.

 

LOCATION

The event takes place at the Eurapco head offices in Zurich. The offices of Eurapco are located 10-15 minutes from Zurich airport.

COSTS

Fee indication: €1,500.

The costs of the programme will be charged directly to your company. This fee includes drinks, lunch and dinner, trainers, speakers and study materials.

Note: Participants’ travelling and hotel costs are not included in programme costs as they can differ per person; prices are exclusive of VAT. Location and costs are subject to change, based on the number of participants.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
  • You will receive insights on how to prepare, teach and evaluate a Design Thinking programme.
  • You will be introduced to tools that can help you in applying Design Thinking method.
  • You will learn how to teach Design Thinking in an attractive and effective way.
  • You will create a network of Design Thinking trainers with whom you can exchange experiences in the future.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
The Design Thinking Train the Trainer programme has been designed for individuals who are interested in working with the design thinking concept and teach colleagues in this concept. It is not solely aimed at people who are working in the innovation departments, but also people in the business itself.

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

Basic knowledge of Design Thinking (for instance participated the regular Design Thinking programme of Eurapco Academy) and basic understanding of teaching is required.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, programme fees will be payable according to the following schedule:

  • 90 to 60 days’ notice: 50% of the fee
  • 60 to 30 days’ notice: 75% of the fee
  • 30 days’ notice or less: 100% of the fee
