The Scenario Development Workshop is a unique, for the moment, one-time opportunity, to learn more about scenario development as a tool for agile strategic planning and to develop future scenario’s for the European Insurance market in cooperation with your international peers from the Eurapco Alliance.
The outcome of the workshop, the scenario’s, will be published as an end result and shared to be used by the Eurapco partners.

The Scenario Development programme is a condensed, focused, hands-on 2-day experience during which you will be introduced to the concepts of scenario development as a tool for strategic planning. In addition you will in joint cooperation actively develop multiple scenario’s for the European Insurance industry derived from identified influential factors, key drivers, impact assessment and future projections.

The event takes place in Zurich, Switzerland.
COSTS
Fee indication: €1.800
The costs of the programme will be charged directly to your company. This fee includes all tuition, teaching materials, lunch and dinner costs on the first day. Flight and room are on your company’s expenses.
PROGRAMME DETAILS
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- You will learn the approach for the scenario development & strategizing and how to use scenarios in your company.
- In a highly interactive setting you will develop future scenarios with the Eurapco colleagues by identifying key drivers, influential factors and adding future projections using the collective knowledge, the ‘wisdom of the crowd’.
- You will derive three to five environmental scenarios based on projections and develop optimal strategies based for each scenario and evaluate for performance and robustness.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
The Scnenario Development workshop has been specifically designed for innovation managers and strategists who have at least ten years of professional work experience.
Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.
