REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 30 June 2023

The Leadership Experience will provide you with insight on how to manage competing priorities by focusing on three fundamental areas of organisational challenges: strategy, leadership and transformation.

  Programmes Leadership Development Leadership Experience

3 until 8 December 2023

The Leadership Experience is an intense week-long course designed for experienced managers. During this programme you will have the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of how different approaches achieve results, discuss your ideas and find ways forward with colleagues facing the same issues as you. Gaining fresh insights from those on your level is one of the most powerful ways to learn. We harness this by grouping you into a variety of cross-cultural teams, encouraging you to share experiences throughout the programme. Small working groups are selected and used strategically throughout the programme to ensure the development of rich, meaningful relationships with Eurapco colleagues.
