The Claims programme has been designed to provide claims managers with a unique international experience and opportunity to learn and share best practices with international colleagues from the Eurapco Alliance.

25 September 2019 to 27 September 2019

The Claims programme is a three-day experience, during which you will deep dive into the implementation of new European legislation in your company. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to exchange information and knowledge with colleagues from the other companies and witness different best practices in Data Science, which can potentially help in the improvement of your claims service.

DURATION

The Claims programme is three days long and is held from Wednesday 25 September 2019 at 12:00 to Friday 27 September 2019 at 14:00.

LOCATION

The event takes place in Madrid at the Châteauform La Arena.

COSTS

Fee indication: €1,650.

The costs of the programme will be charged directly to your company. This fee includes accommodation, drinks and food, trainers, speakers and study materials.

Note: Participants’ travelling costs are not included in programme costs as they can differ per person; prices are exclusive of VAT. Location and costs are subject to change, based on the number of participants.

  • You will address and discuss specific strategic issues of your company, especially data science capabilities, and therefore potentially improve service and business models.

  • You will learn how to increase effectiveness by addressing what keeps you from implementing changes.

The Claims programme has been designed for managers, experienced in the claims field.

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

Application Deadline
Your application must be submitted by the 30 June 2019. Any application submitted after this date will not be considered.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, programme fees will be payable according to the following schedule:

  • 90 to 60 days’ notice: 50% of the fee
  • 60 to 30 days’ notice: 75% of the fee
  • 30 days’ notice or less: 100% of the fee
