The Claims programme has been designed to provide (potential) claims managers and experts with a unique international experience and opportunity to learn and share best practices with international colleagues from the Eurapco Alliance.

9 June until 3 November 2023, online and on-site modules

The Claims programme is an experience, during which you will deep dive into the processes of your own company and learn from other companies. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with colleagues from the other companies, and witness different best practices in claims handling, which can potentially help in the improvement of your claims services.To be able to follow up on the new ideas and realize changes, the programme will also address the topic of personal leadership and how you personally can contribute to implementing change. Special topic in this stream is Future Skills and Technology.

DURATION

Online: 9 June (introduction), 6, 7 and 8 September; on-site: 11-13 October; online: 3 November 2023 (closure).

Chateauform La Finca el Bosque, Spain

COSTS

Fee indication: €1,750.

The costs of the programme will be charged directly to your company. This fee includes accommodation, drinks and food, trainers, speakers and study materials.

Note: Participants’ travelling costs are not included in programme costs as they can differ per person; prices are exclusive of VAT. Location and costs are subject to change, based on the number of participants.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
  • You will receive expert knowledge on strategic topics like online claims handling, customer satisfaction and artificial intelligence, so you are able to increase the speed and quality of implementation at your company.
  • You will address and discuss around the topic of future skills and technology, and identify areas of improvement at your company.
  • You will learn how to increase effectiveness through the good practices of other Partners.
  • You will learn how to increase effectiveness and implement changes by learning about personal leadership.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
The Claims Programme has been designed for managers, potential managers, and senior experts, experienced in the claims field.

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

Application Deadline
The programme is open for application. The application deadline is still to be decided.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, programme fees will be payable according to the following schedule:

  • 90 to 60 days’ notice: 50% of the fee
  • 60 to 30 days’ notice: 75% of the fee
  • 30 days’ notice or less: 100% of the fee

Claims Challenge

During the online meeting, the Claims Challenge will be provided. Participants will be organized in teams to work on this challenge until the on-site module in October. This will be done in virtual teams, using MS Teams and/or other online tools to collaborate. The outcomes will be presented during the on-site module. The teams will be guided by Eurapco (on the process) and by the sponsor (on the content). Typically, the time invested in the Claims Challenge is 10 hours. This year’s topic is revolving around future skills and technology.
