The Actuary programme has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to learn new consultancy and communication skills, while getting to meet international colleagues from the Eurapco Alliance.

3 September 2019 to 6 September 2019

The actuarial field is starting to have a more impactful role within the business. In response to this, Eurapco has created the Actuary programme, designed to help you improve your actuarial consultancy and communication skills. Over a period of three days you will gain an insight into how you can efficiently and effectively create impact and actionable results within your home company.

DURATION

The Actuary programmes is three days long and is held from Tuesday 3 September 2019 at 16:00 to Friday 6 September 2019 at 14:00.

LOCATION

The event takes place in Segovia, Spain at the Châteauform La Arena.

COSTS

Fee indication: €1,450.

The costs of the programme will be charged directly to your company. This fee includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee/tea, snacks and meeting rooms.

Note: Participants’ travelling costs are not included in programme costs as they can differ per person; prices are exclusive of VAT. Location and costs are subject to change, based on the number of participants.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
  • You will develop your actuarial consultancy skills for board/management level, both in terms of skills and how to communicate adequately to board/management in own company.
  • You will learn how to address strategically important issues of the Eurapco Partners.
  • You will improve your effectiveness through cooperation within the own company.
  • You will improve your effectiveness through good practices from other Partners and the creation of a sustainable international network of actuaries.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
The Actuary programme has been designed for individuals who are experienced in the actuarial field. This experience is available for life and non-life actuaries.

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

Application Deadline
Your application must be submitted by the 30 June 2019. Any application submitted after this date will not be considered.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, programme fees will be payable according to the following schedule:

  • 90 to 60 days’ notice: 50% of the fee
  • 60 to 30 days’ notice: 75% of the fee
  • 30 days’ notice or less: 100% of the fee
