Actuary Programme
The actuarial field is starting to have a more impactful role within the business. In response to this, Eurapco Academy has created the Actuary programme, designed to help you improve your actuarial consultancy and communication skills. You will gain an insight into how you can efficiently and effectively create impact and actionable results within your home company. At the same time you will getting to meet international colleagues from the Eurapco Alliance.

The onsite part of the programme will take place in Germany, Cologne at the Châteauform Ahrenthal.
Costs
Fee indication: €1,750.
Excluding travelling costs and VAT.
Approach
The Programme consists of three phases: the online phase, the Actuary Challenge and the on-site phase.

What will you learn?
- You will develop your actuarial consultancy skills for board/management level, both in terms of skills and how to communicate adequately to board/management in own company.
- You will improve your effectiveness through cooperation within the own company.
- You will improve your effectiveness through good practices from other Partners.
- Specifically the programme will dive into topics like Insurability, Climate & Cultural Change, and Inflation, in relation to the actuary role.
- You will develop an international network of actuaries and actuarial specialists across the Eurapco Alliance.
Who can participate?
The Actuary programme has been designed for individuals who are experienced in the actuarial field. This experience is available for life and non-life actuaries.
Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.
