Leadership Experience Programme
The Leadership Experience Programme is a week-long fully immersive and experiential programme that condenses years of leadership experience into a few days.
During this programme you will have the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of how different approaches achieve results, discuss your ideas and find ways forward with colleagues facing the same issues as you.
In addition, you will assess your readiness for significant leadership events and prepare yourself for the challenges that you are likely to encounter in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous future. You will be wearing a heart rate variance monitor for the duration of the sessions and receive feedback from a sports coach that allows you to better understand your physiological response to pressure. This personalised knowledge helps you to hone coping strategies and assists in your personal resilience development.
Duration
The Leadership Experience Programme is a week-long experience from 29 september to 4 october 2024.
Location
The on-campus modules will take place at Ashridge Business School, part of Hult International Business School, in the United Kingdom and in one of the Partner countries.
Costs
Fee indication: €7,500.
Excluding travelling costs and VAT.
Approach
The Leadership Experience Programme will be conducted physically.
Participants are expected to attend the entire programme.

What will you learn?
- You will understand how to be an authentic manager able to influence with and without authority at all levels within your organisation.
- You will learn how to effectively manage your own stress, resilience, and recovery.
- You will understand your leadership role in workplace culture and as a catalyst for change in your teams and organisation.
- You will understand how to be an excellent strategic thinker whose personal leadership style will ensure effective implementation of strategy and change in the organisation.
- You will receive fresh insights from those on your level is one of the most powerful ways to learn. Small working groups are selected and used strategically throughout the programme to ensure the development of rich, meaningful relationships with Eurapco colleagues.
- You will gain the confidence to step into challenging leadership situations and make decisions in an uncertain and ambiguous environment.
Who can participate?
The Leadership Experience has been specifically designed for managers, three levels from CEO and with 10 years of management experience.
Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.
How and when can I apply?
Step 1:
Each partner follows their own selection process. By using the ‘Apply’ button, your interest will be forwarded to your HR department. HR decides about your participation. You can also directly reach out to your own HR contact person that you are interested in this programme. Step 2:
If you are selected for the programme, your HR department will send an e-mail to the Eurapco Academy to confirm that you are nominated for the programme.
Step 3:
Shortly after the nomination deadline, you will receive a confirmation and invitation letter with all the details for joining the programme.
