What will you learn?
- You will learn the approach for the scenario development & strategizing and how to use scenarios in your company.
- In a highly interactive setting, you will develop future scenarios with the Eurapco colleagues by identifying key drivers, influential factors and adding future projections using the collective knowledge, the ‘wisdom of the crowd’.
- You will be introduced to the concepts of scenario development as a tool for strategic planning.
Who can participate?
The Scenario Development workshop has been specifically designed for innovation managers and strategists who have at least ten years of professional work experience. Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.
